The tools
The keep-awake tool uses the browser's Screen Wake Lock API to keep a display on. The phone jiggler draws a moving pattern for optical mice. Both run entirely in your browser. Neither moves the system cursor by itself or sends data to a server.
How the guides are written
- Technical statements are based on official documentation from Microsoft, Apple, Google, Slack, MDN and the W3C, listed at the end of each guide.
- Statements by monitoring vendors are presented as the vendor's own description, not as independent proof.
- We do not claim test results we have not carried out, and we do not promise invisibility or a permanently green status.
- Menus change between versions. Each guide shows when it was last reviewed.
